It’s cool to see people continuing to use jME and do some really cool things with it. Grappling Hook is a very cool game similar to Portal.

GameDev.net has an article on jME. I know this is an iPhone blog now, but still want to mention my first baby. Last month was the when I finally let go completely and turned the project over to the community (it had been in the community hands for almost a year anyways, but I finally let go of all connections). I had not contributed to jME for a couple years before this anyway, but there was a part of me that couldn’t quite let go. Fortunately, jME found people that had vision for it and passion to drive it forward. These people convinced me that it was finally time to cut all ties and let it go on with them.
